Concerned about this stool one of my geckos passed

What do you guys think of this?

- Sex female
- Age & Weight unknown about age but she's 62 grams
- How long have you owned your leo about 4 months or so
- Where was he/she obtained (ex. Pet store, breeder, wild caught, friend) Breeder

A) Health/History
- How often do you handle your leo Everyday
- Is your leo acting any different today? If so how does he/she normally act which differs from now. no different act's normal.
- Has he/she had any problems in the past, if so please describe.
B) Fecals
- Describe (look any different than normal)
- When was the last time he/she went She went on the 16th (she goes every other day or sometimes everyday)
C) Problem
- Please briefly describe the problem and how long it has been going on This has been going on for like 2 weeks but this one in the pic looked different.

Housing:
A) Enclosure
- Size 15 qrt.
- Type (ex. glass tank) tub
- Type of substrate paper towel
- Hides, how many, what kind 2, one on the hot side and a humid hide on the cool side
B) Heating
- Heat source heat tape
- Cage temps (hot side, cool side) 92 or so on the hot side 77 on the cool side
- Method of regulating heat source thermostat 500R
- What are you using to measure your temps digital thermometer
- Do you have any lights (describe)
C) Cage mates
- How many (males, females) n/a
- Describe health, or previous problems had no problems before.

Describe Diet:
A) Typical diet
- What you're feeding (how often, how much) feed her about twice or sometimes 3 times a week with crickets, supers and mealworms
- How are you feeding (hand fed, left in dish, ect) dish.
B) Supplements (describe how often)
- What vitamin/minerals are you using (list brands) just using rept-cal calcuim w/o d3 (i know i need to buy the vitamins i ran out couple of weeks ago but everytime i went to the shop to get t-rex leo dust they were always out, i will be buying some this week)
- What are you gut loading food with calcium

Are you 100% sure your girl is a girl 'cause that almost resembles a sperm plug to me, if we're talkin about the deep yellow-ish mucoid lookin thing.

yeah this ones a female, no balls are visible and she laid 2 eggs a week ago she should be laying her second clutch by the next week or less. She pooped again yesterday and it looked a lot better than the one in the pic in fact it was pretty normal (dark brown poo and the white pellet) and there were no yellow coloration in the poop or pee.

Ok... only other thing it leads me to think of is a picture I saw in my chameleon forum of an under/undeveloped egg that had passed from the animal and was laying next to her feces. If I can find it I'll post either the pic or a link to it for ya.
