Hi, ok so I have a couple of breeding pairs and I did the cool-down about 2 days ago. Is this right because I was told I was a bit too early?

Yeah just check their bellies often. If there are pink spots they are ovulating. Season will not usually start till Feb. but some like my mack snow female will ovulate late. Good look But no need to cool them down

i just let the natural cycle of breeding season start them ovulating... i dont find any need to cool them before breeding season really.

Did u stop feeding for 10 days to empty their stomachs first b4 u cooled? if not they'll have trouble digesting the food while being cool.I wouldnt recommend it either
