I got to thinking and I was wondering if anyone knew how many wats a typical 250w heat lamp (dimmer switch included) with a 50, 75, 10o w bulb actually pumps out.

We are in the process of switching everyone over to UTHs, but want to also make sure that we aren't going to blow anything or start a fire with having 5 of these running, plus 3 UTH heaters (1 10 gal., 2 30 gal.)

Gryphon and the mack snow baby are currently sitting downstairs in hopes of bringing them up here with the rest.

You DO understand that 'W' = watts, right?

Your monthly bill will list the cost per kilowatt hour (kWh). A 100 watt lightbulb used for 730 hours per month = 73 kWh. Its simple math from there...
