Considering buying an all-white phase Leo. Advice please.

My standard phase Leo recently died suddenly at nearly 16 years of age, so I'm looking to get another one.

I was thinking about getting an all white, but have a few questions. First what is the EXACT name for this morph (pic attached)? I've heard it called a Blizzard Liizard, albino, Snow, etc. etc. What is it actually called? I really like the color of an all white Leo and would like to get one.

Are there any differences or peculiarities compared to the normal phase? (I have attached a face pic of my late Leo, Izzy, to give you an idea of what phase I had. I don't have a full body pic, unfortunately, but I would take a face pic of him any day, just to remember him.) I have heard that the morphs, like the all white are prone to health problems. Is that true? How about temperament? Are they more aggressive?

What about husbandry requirements? Do they differ from the normal phase? Basically, is there anything I should know about the all white, considering I had a normal phase?

Can anyone recommend a good breeder that I can get an all white without breaking the bank? Some I have seen are in the hundreds, while others are less than $100. Anyone on here who is breeding them? I would like to buy an older male, not a juvenile....maybe a few years old.

Any help would be appreciated!

The picture you've attached is a (plain ol') Blizzard. But there are many morphs that are all white, some are even more white than others (i.e. Diablo Blancos, Blazing Blizzards, Mack Blizzards... Basically, anything that deals with a Bilzzard)

No differences really.

No, the pattern and morph of the gecko has nothing to do with health problem Vs. advantages. All geckos have their own personality, so some may be more aggressive than others.

Can anyone recommend one from the site sponsors list? Anyone selling an all white Leo for under $100? Some of the prices I am seeing are ridiculous. Hasn't the prices for leo morphs fallen? I remember getting "Reptiles" magazine a decade ago (late '90s early 00's) and seeing leo morphs going for $1,000 or more. But now they are so common among most breeders. But I still see breeders asking a fortune for their geckos. Do they think by asking more they will single-handily bring up market prices again?

I would like to find an all white color for under $100. I have seen a few sites with them but they were sold out.

i actually have noticed a difference in my blizzards and diablo blancos. im not 100% sure, but my observations have lead me to believe they have some sight issues. i only have one blizzard left now, but i had several for a while. all of them seemed to have peripheral vision issues. if i didn't put my hand down in front of them first before picking them up, they all would seem to get startled. i tried moving my hand towards them at different angles to test this. it seemed to affect them with prey as well, but as long as they had the feeder directly in front of them, they had no aiming issues. Amanda and Lee aka "Texas Ranger" now have my male DB. maybe they can chime in on how he reacts. oh and my only remaining blizzard is a female named Buffy that i got from Robin. she has NO problems whatsoever eating, lol. in fact, i have to watch how much she actually eats ;)

"Personalities"

There can be... an impact... on health, on behavior, on the physiology and the physical tendencies. They're mostly genotypes that have been pretty intensely line bred. It comes down to quantifying the nature and degree of that impact as it relates to captive well being and quality of life. Most the traits that are intentionally propagated and marketed represent minimal deviations, some are a bit more significant. Most the really obviously negative traits don't make it out into the open market... though most is not all.
