Constant grey poop, cause by dewormer?

Hello,

Some of my geckos are eating normally but poop is always grey colored. The smell is different from normal poop but not terrible. Could it be caused by treating them with dewormer (as prevention)? The white part is white but not formed : it's like a puddle..

Its not uncommon for worming treatments to cause upsets of the digestive system. how long ago did you finish the treatment? and have you seen a vet since?

The vet told me to apply it two times. I think i'll be seeing the vet asap. But i've been told these treatments aren't dangerous even if too much is given.
