Cool and Hot Side

I understand to heat the hot side you use a UTH.

What about the Cool? Would you put a lamp on top and turn off the UTH at night or leave the UTH and let the air on the cool side be room temperature.

my cool side has no lamp and no UTH... but i live in florida. if you live in the north and the temp of the cool side goes below 65, you may want to use a small heat lamp to raise the temp to around 72 or so.
