I don't really understand all the genetic and morph stuff but would like to know about my two Leo's. One is male and one is female. I believe they are juveniles right now. Thank you!

One with fewer spots looks like a hypo and the other looks normal. They both could be hypos if the spots disappear as they get older. Whether they are high yellow or tangerine is a matter of opinion. Depends on where people draw the line between yellow and orange.

I second Lisa. With the right food, supplementing, and heat, they could both be some awesome looking animals, especially the female
