Crested gecko feeding

Hey, I got my crestie today, hes a beautiful blonde harlequin, but i have one more question, how often and how much is required for feeding a 4 month old juvie with the CGD?

I change out my diet every two days and leave it in the tank for the gecko 24/7. For a dish a bottle cap works great, once they get older I begin using souffle cups because then I just toss the cup out and they get a brand new cup at every feeding.
