CRESTED SET UP HELP

Just wondering what the most efficient way of heating a viv for cresties is, i.e. what kind of bulb etc.

I was thnking infra red bulb with a heatmat on the bottom if it needs it.

Any thoughts?

a low wattage bulb is best. What are your temps now? They dont need heat unless they are in a cold room.

Usually 65-70F, maybe lower in winter, you reckon i should just have a low watt infra red bulb for if it gets a bit cool then?
