Cricket issues

I know there is a virus going around. My supplier tells me his stuff is all fine as of now. My last order my basement where I keep them got @ 82-84 degrees due to a temp spike outside. I did lose @ 60% of my 5/8ths in. crickets. (yucch smelled real bad) I've fed off the balance and want to clean out my tubs before putting in new crickets. My question is bleach or chlorhexadane? I wan the tub to have a day to air out so there shouldn't be any more issues in the future. The bummer is my smaller crickets (pinheads on up) I can raise with no problem to adult it was this batch of 5/8ths that got me. Thanks

I use chlorhexadane solution for regular weekly disinfecting of my cricket bins. But if i have a high percentages of deaths, i use a bleach/water solution and let it air out for a couple of hours.

I do it once a month. But I make sure there is no mold, dead crickets or anything else almost every day.
