Critters and College

I am having the hardest time figuring out what to do with my critters while I'm at school. The first girl who watched them got pregnant. Tried a guy from a local petstore, that didn't end well. The critters were miserable, wouldn't eat, and their lights kept getting moved around. Then I had a friend of a friend watch them but she's pregnant and is starting up her own business so that won't work. I have two weeks until the next semester and nowhere to keep my critters. I tried looking at boarding options at the herp vet and at NERD but it's $5 a day so that's out.

thats nice. do you have any family near you that can take them in? you dont have that many that it would be really all that hard in my opinion. if i had a friend that needed me to take in a few lizards i would, the cat well in my case i dont think would be smart thing with my dogs but the lizards would be easy. i hope you can find someone willing to help you out. also i dont know why that pregnant women alot of times think they have to give up having any animals and stuff like that if you practice good hygiene then you are fine, and wear gloves and a mask for kitty litter and gloves for other animals when you are cleaning their living quarters.

She's pregnant so when the baby comes and soon before she's gonna be way too busy to deal with her three dogs, one cat, 6 year old, plus my critters. The cat isn't looking for a home, he's the family cat. The only family less than 5 hours away is my dad who travels, my mom who is afraid of the lizards, and my little brother who is in no way responsible or interested enough to care for them. I need someone who has experience with reptiles so that any possible health issues or behavior changes will be noticed.
