If you are shipping a gecko to a customer to be held for pick-up, you can go on that UPS 'locations' page and enter in the customer's zip code. Do not check any of the boxes for UPS Stores, etc... find the Staffed Customer Center nearest your customer, or ask them which location is most convenient for them.
Do the label like this:
customer's name
c/o UPS Customer Center
UPS Center address
customer's phone number
----> IMPORTANT! Write on the bottom of the label "HOLD AT COUNTER FOR CUSTOMER PICK-UP" with a red sharpie and/or highlight in yellow.
