cut on nose?

I just noticed one of my geckos has a cut or a scrape or something on his nose. I didn't notice it yesterday. I'm not sure how he could have managed to do that. He's alone in his part of the tank. Is there something I can put on it or something I can do for him?

i think he will do just fine, unless it is real bad looking. a while ago, i picked my gecko up and accidentally bumped his nose on the lip of the tank, and he had a little cut there.
