Cut on nose?

I just recently noticed one of my geckos has a small cut on the tip of her snout, right above where her nostrils are. What should I do, as I don't want it to get infected, and I also don't want any medication I apply to it accidentally going in her nostrils, and essentially, into her lungs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

i'd just leave it alone. they often get beat up pretty badly during breeding and heal up just fine.

I do not breed my geckos, that can't be possible. Isn't there something I can do to help it?

doing nothing will help more than messing with it, imo.they are great healers
