Do not breed your leos.u need more experience in husbundry b4 u start breeding.

CYCLING refers to cooling half of your leos to simulate breeding season when its not breeding season. so half of your leos are breeding out of season and half are breeding in season like an endless CYCLE.

COOLING is dropping the temps to make it seem like winter, so when you put them back up its like its the start of spring to them and so they think its breeding season.

but as mentioned above dont breed until plenty of experience.
