I am leaving for CA in less than a week for an 18 day trip and have to yet to find a suitable sitter for the lizzards. Actually a casual rescue of these two years ago and I still have them both, not really my intentions. Would love to rehome one since I do not have a strong interest in them, but we are quite partial to the female as she is much more friendly. I just know they have been much better off with me than they had been, but never intended to keep them both. My only choice is so far for my trip is the family I got them from. And I would really rather not.

Is there any one in the Dallas (plano) area that can keep these guys for a few weeks? Also any interest in a new addition?

We have at least several members in the Dallas area. What are you adopting out? If you want to keep an adult leopard gecko, perhaps a trusted neighbor or friend can stop in a couple times a week to feed and water, since they don't require daily care as a juvenile does.

I have two adult leopards. Problem we are having is that many people are also vacationing sometime during this period that would leave at least a five day gap where they could be fed or watered. We would like to rehome the male. I never really meant to be a permanent home for them, but we have grown quite found of the female. They have the basics but I would like to focus on getting a much better set up.
