Dead Mealworms in Colony

Of course mealworms will occasionally die. Do you remove them or do the other worms eat them? I figure it's the same thing as leaving their sheds in there. What do you guys do?

There's no point in leaving them in there so I take them out when I see them. It's just part of the routine.
