A while ago my dad purchased a fake bird skull at pet-smart, and gave it to me for my gecko. I never really used it, because at the time I fed her crickets, and they'd end up hiding in the skull. So, I used the skull as an out of the tank decoration, for my cactus plants. It sat in one of the pots for well over a year. I don't use crickets any more, and if I do it's normally a few from the bunch that are for the turtles.
I washed the skull off in warm water, and used an old tooth brush to clean the dirt off. How do I make sure the skull is completely clean, or as clean has possible, from anything that can hurt my gecko?
