Deformity in new hatchling

Woke up this morning to see that my 2nd egg hatched. What a cutie. It seems to have a back leg deformity. The hand is rotated in causing it to walk on its wrist. One eye seems larger that the other also. Now this does not seem to slow it down. It is running around the cage and seems quite alert. Is this a long term problem or can they grow out of this. Any comments are welcome. I use a hovabator and had one hatch on the 14th and was just fine. I will try to get pictures but dont think my camera will focus on such a little thing. Thanks.

After watching for a few minutes when it is lying down down the hand is in correct anatomical position and the fist few steps are normal then she(?) rotates it in and walks on the wrist.

I have seen this before, and most likely it will begin to walk normally within a week or so. Eye size difference is a common deformity and will probably be permanent. There is no reason this little one can't live a normal, happy life!
