Medications can be quite harsh on their systems, especially when they're already so weak. If she wasn't eating a thing prior to dosages, and you don't know when she last ate, she might not make it. Realistically, you should prepare yourself for this. Once they start on the antibiotic, it's hard to get them to take anything until it runs its course. They can grow very weak. If she had a poop at all since you've had her, it's a sign that she had at least something in the past week or so. Look at the top of this forum section for the gecko soup/slurry sticky, read it all the way thru, and see if it might work for you. Also, you can avoid stressing her already poor condition by dotting liquids or paste consistency medications and food on her little lizard lips to lick. It's instinct for them to do so. It may not be as quick as using a syringe but it's better for her not be held firmly and forced to open up and take something. If you do go with the slurry, your vet has the pet food, it's not available in any stores. Good luck with her.
