Dimmer for Flexwatt; will it work?

Will this dimmer work for controlling flexwatt (under 600 watts f it of course)?

Works fine in conjunction with a digital thermometer. Currently my "rack" consists of 4 tanks on two rows of flexwatt controlled by a dimmer. I just monitor the temperatures daily and adjust accordingly.
