Discoloration? color change?

My gecko seems to have gotten a little bit duller. His coloration has turned into a darkish yellow and baby blue. I dont know how to explain it. he almost looks dirty now... But should i be worried? i took 2 pictures but there not too good. Check it out !

He might be getting ready to shed and I see you have him on printed newspaper that will turn his belly black from the ink I would suggest getting paper towels. I use Kleenex Viva soft & strong like cloth they are like $1 - $1.50 a roll but well worth it because they are really soft.

I forgot to mention that you most likely get a free sample at walmart.com so you can see what they are like

They can also fade in color when not getting the proper heat. check your temps.

okay thanks, ill check my temperature. and its not his stomach because i change the newspaper often. I have not seen him shed since i got him so many it is time to shed, hes gotten much bigger

I know that you wasn't talking about its belly but I was just suggesting that you may want to put it on paper towels they are softer and it doesn't get that black ink all over it.

My murphy patternless darkens when she isn't exposed to light, but when I take her out a good 5 minutes she brightens up
