DIY Fan in Hova

I know that the Hovabator models with fans in them get too hot but I was wondering anyone has tried a DIY fan with a cell phone charger and small computer fan to help keep air movement in the incubator. I assume this kind of setup would not heat up the incubator since the power source (cell phone charger) would be outside the incubator. I am thinking of trying it.

I have done something similar to that in my custom built incubator to level out the temperatures.

Used the fan from laptop cooler that was laying around and found a 6v power supply to power the fans.

What voltage was your fan? I hooked up a 6 volt charger to a 12 v fan and it wasnt enough power to move it I think. I plug it in and it moves a tiny bit then stops.
