Do Cresties Shed?

Hello All,
Long time, no post..

We've had our crested for about 10 months and it's never shed its skin. Is this normal? I imagine it is, because she's grown quite a bit since we got her.

Thanks!

Also, we added a new member to our family this weekend with the purchase of a Leopard from The Sykes / GeckosEtc at this weekends show in Anaheim. I'll post pics of both our geckos asap.

This should answer your question

He/She probably sheds and you never notice. I'm sure you'll catch em shedding one of these days.

Also, congrats on the leopard gecko pickup. Look forward to seeing the photos.

Licky Licky bark. Yeah cresties shed, we almost never catch ours at it, give them enough foilage and you barely see them anyway, especially when theyre doing something private, like eating their skin.

I didn't know they made blizzard cresties! :) Hmmm... I've always thought that it was a couple day process. Is it an annual event?

Thanks for the replies!

It's really only 1/2 a day process, if that. To be honest, they probably shed at least monthly depending on age.

I guess we're sleeping when it happens.

Thanks again,
Kris
