Do day geckos make noise??

Hi all,

I have 2 madagascans, that I thought were females. But a couple times I heard some vocal sounds (like baby crocodilians) and I thought it could mean one of them is a male.

Do females make noises too?

My largest is around 8-9 inches and the other is around 7 inches. None seem to have big femoral pores, thou.

I believe all geckos are capable of vocalizing, so they most likely can.
