Do Hets get passed downs?

OK what if I have 1 female thats het for something and the male isnt. Will the babies be het for the females gene or will it disappear?

They will be what is called a 50% Possible Het ,meaning each baby will have a 50% chance of being Heterozygous for the trait and 50% chance of not carrying it at all.
