Do mealworms die when they come intact with Reptivite?

I don't think so. I've never had mealworms die after being dusted.

They don't necessarily die but fine powder can clog their air holes and dry them out a bit and they will die more quickly than they would without it. I'm not sure if they can eat Reptivite as well so they will be without a food source while in your geckos dish and depending on their size that could kill them within a couple of days as well.
