Do the stripes change?

Hi there
From what I have read, the vertical bands on a leo's body fade over time and they develop spots. What about leos with stripes? My little guy, if you can tell by the pic, has a long yellow stripe down the center of his body with a black stripe on either side. He was a baby when I got him, not sure exactly how old. I'm just wondering if his pattern will change.

He will change drastically. As far as how well the stripe will maintain is depending upon the quality of the parents in most cases.
