does digging mean anything

i have been noticing that one of my females has beed digging around in the substrate alot lately and i was wondering does this mean she is trying to find a place to lay eggs or just digging for no reason?????

It could be that she is ready to lay. Can you see eggs in her belly? Our gravid girls LOVE to dig right when they are ready to lay. We have other diggers that aren't gravid. They just like being weird. Sometimes they are so enthusiastic with digging they will move their substrate papers, hides, water bowls etc...or totally shred their paper towels in the hides.

mine was digging and then layed her eggs, but the day after she was still kinds digging around, so it could mean she is but not for sure
