I got my first leo, Charlie(turned out female), about 6 months ago and my second(Rexx) about 3 months ago. Both were only about 3 months when i got them. I have handled them little as possible but have notice Charlie has taken a liking to it. She wants out every night now. When i come near her cage she follows me and raises her head high. She isn't hungry because she has been fed already. I can now put my hand in the cage and she litterally walks over and crawls up my arm. I usually put her on my shoulder and go about my business. Sometimes i forget she is there. Only about 5-10 min a about 3 times a week. Rexx is a reverse stripe raptor and is a little skittish still...im working on him....
Anyone else have geckos that do this?

Lots of "friendlies," here out of 30, looking for some time outside the condo.....but the most unique is one that rides to the post office, on my head, under my cap. (summer weather only)
to pick up wax worms.
Take care. HJ

Yeah, mine sometimes does that. Usually he doesn't though. He likes to sit on my should too, and he also likes walking around on my back, even when I'm walking around lol.

I have several that seem to like to be held and come out and explore the bed. The 2 females that I got from Kasha are both little attention hounds, lol.

My leo loves being out of the cage. But it takes her like ten minutes to crawl up may arm when i put my hand in her cage... she usually comes over and smells it, takes a few steps around it, then carefully climbs up the side lol. It's annoying to watch her take her time but rewarding that she trusts me so much :)

My question for some of you is this; Do any of your leos like to lick or clean you like a bird would? How long will you leo stay on your shoulder comfortably? Do you leave your leo on the computer desk when your online? I want to ask some of these questions before I get my first leo next week. Thanks!

Cant say i can say yes or no like a bird as im allergicXD but one of mine if you hold him to your face will give kisses no problem. This one, sabaku, will stay on my shoulder all day if i let him! he realllyyyyyy likes getting outta the cage. Hes even accompined me to the pet store and such. hes a hamXD He does! I have a pic of him when he was younger "helping" me answer emails lol.

Awww, I'm jealous. I have one Leo who seems more chilled, but she never comes out. She keeps really late hours apparently. Her food disappears every night and she deposits poo, so I know her digestive system is working. I will have to clean her hide/water dish (temporary hopefully) tonight so I can check up on her. It's the only time I get to see her. The other two are too nervous. One I've only had for a couple of weeks so I'm not worried, but I have half given up on the other as far as handling goes.
