My Tang Enigma has been on a hunger strike since the week after I got her (so about 5 weeks now) but I finally got her to eat a waxworm today. I know it is only one but I am so thrilled. Hopefully this will be the end of her hunger strikes. Yay Athena!!

lol it's always nerve racking when they are on hunger strike, then a huge relief when they start eating again. Glad your gecko is eating again :)

I'm so glad that she finally ate something. When my gecko wouldn't eat it drove me up the wall(and that was only for 2 weeks). When you finally see them eat it is such a relief

Aww, so stressful when they won't eat isn't it? So she refuses everything else?

It's not unusual for healthy geckos to go off food periodically. You'll get used to it :)

Please teach me how, I have rescued many reptiles for years and know it's normal but the thought of something being wrong continues to eat at me. Maybe I'm just naturally paranoid in life:D
