Are the dried mealworms and crickets just as health beneficial as the live versions? I have two geckos who need to be force fed. I've been giving them Repta aid, but I'm wondering if I should also blend mealworms and crickets and add that to their feedings? I don't have the heart to do it to the live bugs. Would that be something I should consider or just stick with the plain repta aid? If you have any idea, let me know!!! (And yes, they've been seen by a few different vets who can't figure out what's wrong with them)

the dried bugs are not as healthy for them at all... i would look up the slurry mix on here and try some of that, ive herd tons of good things about it :)

I just don't have the heart to kill them myself. I know I'm assisting their deaths by feeding them to the geckos, but I'm not sure if I'd be able to actually end their lives by blending them. I was just hoping the dried stuff would work, but I guess I won't bother with it. Thanks for the response!!
