droplet of blood after a large poo

my largest female - Eva (midnight blizzard) is ovulating and has been eating a lot lately.. although she's always been a great eater.. and thats expected from an ovulating female.

today she dropped a rather large poo and just next to it was the smallest droplet of blood. Literally a pin drop just next to it. I'm not too worried because I think she just may have torn herself a little bit when passing the stool and that was the result. Much like humans do after too much fiber.. LOL

otherwise she's acting completely normal. Alert, eating, and happy otherwise.

Any thoughts?

She is Daddy's little girl and if it I see anything else she'll be at the vets faster than I can blink. But I just wanted to get some feed back from others.

I agree, keep a close eye and get it checked out immediately if you see any more.

I agree that it's most likely not a problem, but should be watched so if it continues or more blood is observed a visit to the vet might be a good idea.
