dubia roaches (sizes)

when can a bearded dragon eat adult dubia roaches. mine is just over 1 year old and is 17". atm she gets medium roaches, but was thinking about switching her onto large ones or can she eat adults

the large ones are around 20-30mm

Perhaps its different for bearded dragons, but with geckos if its not larger than the distance between their eyes then you can feed it. 17in is fairly sizeable, i would imagine they could probably eat them. Dragons have pretty visible teeth dont they?

Yeah you can feed them to your beardie as long as it is not wider then the space between his eyes.
