Dubia Roaches.

Hey, I feed Fio (my leopard gecko) crickets but I really don't like them because they smell and chirp and escape and then I have stinky, chirping crickets breeding in my room. I've been thinking about switching to Dubia Roaches. I just want to know where I can get them in the Chicago area and if they are the best option to feed to leos. If not, what else can I feed them? I've tried mealworms and waxworms, but then they get addicted. Also, how should I care for the roaches if I resort to them.

Thank you so much!!!

Jason (theroachguy) is a very nice guy, and will help you any way he can with questions. I have bought from him a few times, and will continue to do so. Dubia are by FAR my favorite feeder for all my geckos.

Ill 3rd The Roach Guy. Dubias are really nice in the fact that they are pretty easy to raise. I would not rule out mealworms though. They are perfectly fine for your geckos, and are also really easy to raise.
