dubias?

can beardies have dubias? i HATE crickets and was thinking about getting a colony of roaches, i have 2 leos and my bf has a beardie. i was wondering if we could share?

I have had a colony of Dubias going for about 5 months now. I really like these things. virtually no smell, live birth, eat dog food and veggies.....and EVERYONE loves them. Leopards, skinks, beardies, spiders, even my black throat likes the big tasty males!

operation: convince my mom

thanks for the replies. one problem: mom. i still live at home and she said there is no way she is gonna willingly let roaches into her house. i dont know how to convince her! I'm thinking of not cleaning the crickets for a while (i have bad sinuses and cant smell them anyway) :main_evilgrin:- she'll beg for roaches! anyway i need all the roach lovers to spill on how great they are. (no stink, no noise, low maintenance, shes really worried about them escaping so any tips on how to prevent that is much appreciated) I WANT ROACHES!!

first, ive never had one escape, and ive had em for about six months.

second, even if it escaped in NY it would just die.
