So about a month ago I purchased a hatchling off of someone from Craigslist. She seems to have been doing well, eating small crickets and seemed to be relatively active. However she has not gained any weight and did not eat today. Within 8 hours she has steadily decreased health wise. She went from very active to she is not barely moving and breathing. At this point is there anything I can do? Or any idea what may of caused this? I am thinking it is most likely parasites as she is the only one I have not have dewormed, she has been separated from all of the other geckos.

The problem with Craigslist you are trusting other people husbandry and that is where it can be a problem as most of the animals on there tend to be from people that cant take care of them or have"no time" to care for them anymore, There was an ad in our area that had leos but when you looked at them they had bad MBD. It sounds like a parasite infection and more then likely if it is at this point its probably a good idea to treat it as it will not make it. Sorry to hear your having a problem

You have got to make a simple decision really, do you think you can pull this gecko through. Euthenasia is a bit of a dodgy subject but its your decision, as keith said, buying from a place like craigslist or something your trusting somone else to have adequate knowledge on the animal they are selling, many a time they don't.
If you think your gecko has a chance to pull it through, do everything you can.
Are you getting any responces from her.

she passed :( thanks for the input from everyone, we have now decided to only purchase from known breeders at the shows, and those that can show they know how to raise them and care for them
