I was wondering if anyone knew where to find a picture of it or where to get one. I've really been wanting to work with it recently, but don't have a picture to know what project it would be good in or maybe just keeping it pure would be cool. Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you have any other type of subspecies I'd like to know where you got it so that I can see if I can get a Smithi that way.

what is an E.m. smithi? never heard of one. if you are referring to eublepharis macularius smithi there is no such thing. unless I am out of date with my subspecies.

It exists here's a link to the reference of the original description Eublepharis macularius info, but I have never seen a picture of the animal or know how to differentiate it from other subspecies. Good Luck on your search and I'll keep looking as well.

Good luck getting any sub-species that are geniunely pure these days. If you *do* find any that have been kept pure i.e not bred with any non sub-species then they are going to be *very* inbred.

Where does everyone else get the subspecies they are working with? Couldn't they get a Smithi then?

NOBODY has Smithi for sale in europe or asain. I find it odd that no images are available. Was it discribed from a preserved specimen or field note?

I am working on getting every sub available.. need some males though

I was also trying to get a pair of every sub, but it looks like no one will be getting Smithi anytime soon. All I found was just a bunch of descriptions on the internet. I'm guessing they were all from field notes.
