Early denting

The eggs were laid yesterday, the humidity has been around 84% but dipped and already one of the eggs has slightly dented. We tried damp kitchen roll overnight to keep the humidity stable. Now we've put moss over the eggs - how long should we leave it on the eggs? until the humidity is right again or permanently?

It shouldn't take long. They absorb moisture rather quick. be careful you don't get them to wet?? I usually lay a small piece of a damp paper towel over the egg for about a day...
