Hello! I'm new here and I thought I would start off by making a topic.
I've got an 8 month old leo and I decided I would start breeding crickets for her instead of buying them. I know I'm going to end up having more crickets than I know what to do with, but it's a new experience, so hey, why not.

In the crickets cage I was going to put some Earthgrow Organic Potting soil in a dish. It's ingredients are sand, perlite, forest products and compost, and hypnum peat. Is this safe to use for both the crickets and my leo? I assumed it was since it doesn't have any chemicals or additives in it, but I wanted to double check.
