Could be, colder weather could factor into leopard gecko's feeding behavior. But as geckos get older they will also naturally eat less. As hatchlings & juveniles, they'll want to eat every day. But once they start getting to sub-adult age, they'll likely want to eat every other day or so. Adults should want to eat every 2-3 days.
I go by weight more than age. I feed geckos below 25g every day. Those 25-40g every other day and adults over 60g that aren't breeding twice a week. I find if I feed more often they aren't really hungry and they get super fat.
