Anyone ever have a gecko that actually eats paper towels? I found one of my males doing it for the first time and I have no idea why. I just took the paper towel out for now so nothing bad could happen.
Then why doesn't he just lap up the water or drink from his water bowl?LeosForLess said:You arent responding on aim but if theyre wet it could be for water.

But mine have never torn off a piece. If you think that your leo is not getting enough water try a shorter water dish. I have heard of leos basically not even realizing there is water in the cage. I guess the ledge was too high and the gecko never discovered the water. After switching to a dish with a smaller ledge the gecko seemed to have noticed.
