Egg getting darker?

I have an egg that was laid May 7. I've noticed it getting progressively darker into a dull, opaque color. Is it rotten?

Here's a picture of the darker egg next to white egg. There's vermiculite on the surface, not mold as far as I can tell. Is the egg still good?

it kinda looks funny but as long as its not molding or denting it might be fine

Nope, started molding. It's now a dud... sigh. I guess getting darker is a bad sign.
