I put a pair together and the female layed a little under 2 weeks later. The eggs were layed on the bottom of the cage not the moist hide. They were all dented so I put extra water in the hatch rite and they are not coming back. Are the eggs infertile? How long should it take to get rid of the dents and would they hatch even with the dents?

Incubate until they mold or hatch. :O I am in the same situation. One of my females layed her first clutch on 4/20 and she only carried them about 12 days....the eggs are small but atleast she did put them in the laybox??

Incubate until moldy and smelly.... :)

My Coco lay'd yesterday and her eggs are tiny tiny but fertile. I candled them that night and there is clearly an embryo inside. She is young so that may be why there small. Both batches of eggs have been small. First batch candled yellow even after 3 weeks witch means infertile. Her second Batch candled green the same night she lay'd them hrs later tho with a visible bulls eye witch means a good chance they will be fine. My other clutch candles pink with visible bulls eye witch means the embryo is healthy. Also the embryo has doubled in size they were lay'd on 4/26. Normaly if an egg is lay'd on carpet it will not be viable but I would still wait and candle them at a later date. You never know you may get lucky.
