egg laying

I have two females that have been laying eggs since april, they have layed 5 clutches each. It seems they have stopped laying now and i was wondering how long it will be till they start laying again? That was their first time breeding. Thanks

5 clutches is a good number for first year breeders, they are probably done for the season, and will resume when they ovulate next season.

Most ovulate around the same time every year, but some can surprise you.
