Females usually lay 1-2 eggs every 2-4 weeks. I'm not sure how much a female gecko can control egg laying but I know some other species of animal can control whether or not to begin creating an egg or reabsorb them (to a point) if their environment gets too stressful or they otherwise decide not to lay more. Geckos may be similar and be able to stretch out the time between clutches. Your gecko may also be done laying and only have one clutch in her this season.
