Ok, so I ended up checking on the eggs and was wondering what everyone's thoughts were after 12 days of incubation. The egg on the left looks really good to me, the one on the right is pretty moldy on it's left side and has a dent. These were the first eggs for this female so I was prepared for them to be duds but it's still upsetting.

Before I get a bunch of posts saying that I should incubate them full term I have all intentions of doing so. I'm just seeing what the current speculation is since these are the only two eggs I have at the moment :)

Have you tried candling them since they've been laid? For now I would defiantly separate them. You don't want that mold to be almost touching the good egg like that.

i'd throw away the moldy one. it looks pretty much done. if a good egg gets fungus, a little athlete's foot powder on the spot should keep it in check. or a little hydrogen peroxide on a qtip can be used to eradicate the stuff.

good luck!
