I know embers are crosses between the murphy patternless and the raptors.Do ALL the embers have complete red eyes like the Super Snow albinos or are they like the raptors where they have a certain percentage of snake eyes. Are all the ember hatchlings born with the red eyes?

Technically, and Ember isn't really an Ember unless it has red eyes. I am not sure what snake-eyed Embers would be called, but I'm almost positive you can't call a gecko an Ember unless it is a Murphy Patternless with red eyes. It's like an APTOR (Albino Patternless Tangerine Orange) and a RAPTOR (Red-Eyed Albino Patternless Tangerine ORange). You can have snake-eyed geckos from breeding these two, but they can't be called RAPTORs unless they have red eyes.

Raptors can have snake eyes and still be called a raptor. In the true sense u are correct Raptor needs to have red eyes. But the leo industry still calls a snake eyed animal a raptor.all super snow albinos have red eyes- is the ember like them or is the ember like the raptor where its acceptable to have snake eyes and still be an ember?

Some eclipses hatch with solid eyes and the solid eye can fade.
Some hatch with solid eyes and they dont fade.
Some hatch with partial eyes and they may or may not fade.

The Red Eye part of the gecko is due to the Eclipse gene, so as long as it has the Eclipse gene, it can be called a RAPTOr or Ember. The Eclipse gene can appear as fully eclipsed eyes or snake eyes. That's my understanding :)
