EMERGENCY blue stomach

I've got a gecko that was seemingly fine, and today when I came home, it was laying in an odd place, and i picked it up and discovered it's entire bottom half of its body is covered in blue, including its hind legs. Its been eating fine. Its very lethargic, and is falling asleep in my hand, any recommendations?

Doesn't sound good. Take it to a vet ASAP. Sounds like internal bleeding/severe bruising
