Hello,

I'm in the process of setting up a 20gallon long tank. I honestly don't want to go and buy a new background because 1. its expensive, 2. it's basically the same background I've been using for years. Anyway I wanted to know if anyone has ever printed out a picture from the net and placed in on the back of the tank? I have a photo printer and wanted to print it out page by page and place it one by one on the back. Has anyone ever done this and how exactly do you fine or resize a picture to be that big?

Well, I imagine you could resize it on any editing software, like Photoshop. Then you can always use something like a pen tool and sketch out equal areas and print them one by one. I havent done it but if you're worried about it not working I think it's worth saying as long as you do it properly it should be fine. Just make sure you print it carefully so you dont crop out any of the picture otherwise it wont fit properly.
